Shipping

All jewelry is shipped carefully packaged and will arrive perfect for gift giving in a recycled gift box tied with a ribbon. 

Please take note of production times for each product, as some pieces are ready to ship and others are made to order. If ordering multiple pieces, order will ship once all items are ready. If you prefer to have items shipped separately, you will need to place separate orders. Custom orders will ship once completed; the shipping time will vary depending on the type and size of the custom order. 

Make sure your mailing address is correct at time of checkout. I cannot issue refunds for unclaimed or misdirected packages. I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once the delivery is confirmed. Please contact the shipper for concerns related to delivery. 

In the case of international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs charges that your country may apply. Please allow 2-8 weeks for your package to arrive; I cannot be held responsible for packages that are held up in customs once the package leaves the United States. Orders cannot be marked as 'gift' and the value must be listed on customs paperwork. 

Custom Orders 

Many of my pieces can be made in custom colors and I welcome custom designs. Please contact me to discuss your vision and ideas.

Custom designs are subject to a non refundable 50% deposit with the remaining balance paid upon completion. Custom designs are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you and typically cannot be resold. All sales are final on custom orders. 

Returns

I aim to provide quality craftsmanship and designs that you will love for years to come. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to remedy the situation. You must contact me to initiate any exchanges for further instructions. If an exchange for store credit is to be issued, the return must be shipped to Jen Townsend Jewelry within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and must return the item unworn and in original condition. Customer must package the item carefully and provide a tracking number once shipped. 

I reserve the right to refuse any jewelry that does not follow the exchange policy. Exchanges cannot be made if more than 7 days after the delivery of your order. 

Exchanges cannot be made on custom orders, personalized jewelry, or sale items. These sales are final.
